CHARGES
The price includes consumption of electricity, gas and water.
Bed linen according to season, bath towels and kitchen linen can be rented an a extra cost of 6 €/person.
The final cleaning is not including in the price. This cleaning has an additional cost (fee)of 60 Euros for apartment Bahia and Casa Dalí and 50 € for apartments Miami and Mediterraneo. It is not obligatory to contract this service, but it will be verified that the house or apartment has been left in the same state of cleaning as on the day of arrival. Since we considerer that all our renters have the same right to find the house clean and tidy .
A cradle ( in all cases ) and a supplementary bed ( apartment Bahia and " Casa Dalí" ) are to disposition under request without extra charge , providing that the total number of persons does not overcome the maximun allowed .
The prices are per week, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.
The indicated prices are for a maximum occupation of 8 persons in Casa Dalí, 4-7 persons in the apartment Bahia, 4-6 persons in the apartment Mediterraneo and 4-5 persons in the apartment Miami.
In all the cases a baby can be accepted as additional person without extra charge.
GUARANTEE
A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.
Guarantee amounts : - 300 € Casa Dalí
- 250 € apartment Bahia
- 200 € apartments Mediterraneo and Miami
This guarantee is raised to the amount of 100 Euros per person, with a minimum in case the renters is a group of young people:
Minimun guarantée amounts for groups of young people:
- 500 € Casa Dalí
- 400 € apartment Bahia
- 300 € apartments Miami & Mediterraneo
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 11 at peak season and 8 till 12 in low season.
- Chek in after 23 hrs and chek out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 20
€.Also can be the posibility of extra charge for cleaning, as we have experienced
that the cleaning is deficiently done when renters have to leave early in the
morning.
RESERVATIONS
After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and your booking form. Reservations should be finalised within five days by down payment of 30% of the rent (excl cleaning charges). Signed booking form and a proof of transfer should be send by email or fax.
Indications about exact location of the house will be sent by mail to the tenants.
A few days before arrival we will contact the tenants by email for the estimated time of arrival. We would appreciate the exchanges of mobile numbers for the purpose of contact in case of eventualities.
We will be in Miami the day of the check-in and are looking forward to receiving you after notification of your arrival.
