The villa is 98 m2 and the garden is 640 m2.
Located in the urbanization “San Miquel
de Montroig”,
Casa Dali is an outstanding choice for families with
young children. Relax in the garden, while the children
play safely.
With the community swimming pool in front of the
house and only 350m to the beach, you can relax and
forget about your worries!
- Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have space for a cradle and it is possible to place an auxiliary bed in the room with two beds.
- Two bathrooms (one with bath in suite and another one with shower)
- Fully equipped kitchen that serves 12. Small electric home appliances (coffee, beater, toasting, squeezer of citrus), microwaves and small stove. Dishwasher . Small table with 3 chairs and high chair for small children.
- Separate laundry with a washing machine, iron table and iron. Beach parasol and chairs.
- Fully air-conditioned in lounge and bedrooms and electrical radiators in kitchen and bathrooms.
- Lounge-dining room with sofa-bed (seats 4, sleeps 2 ), equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, DVD’s, a small library and table games (toys for kids in the kids bedroom)
- Garden with palms, pines and flowers.
- Barbecue.
- 2 tables and 8 garden chairs, 6 deckchairs, pergola with curtains
- The urbanization has a zone of communitarian swimming pools,(just front door the house) and a zone of games (basketball, soccer, petanca, infantile park) at about 400 mts.
ACCESS TO THE BEACH:
To get to the beach you have to cross the railway. There is a tunnel for pedestrians and bicycles at about 50m from the house, which makes it altogether only about 350m to get to the beach. The passage for cars is about 200m from the house.
SERVICES:
The nearby camping has a small supermarket with an ample assortment, although prices are higher than Miami's supermarkets
A small supermarket with bakery located close to the beach is open in season (april till october)
There is a Restaurant- Pizzería (open all year) close to the community swimming pool with reasonable prices and a correct service.
Miami Playa is only 2 km. Here you will find all type of services, with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques and an ambulatory (medical clinic).
URBANIZATION:
- San Miquel de Montroig is a small familiar urbanization located about two km of Miami Beach.
- Manolo, the urbanization's maintenance is an amiable person and always prepared to help.
